Terms and Conditions – Meta Drive Car Rental Morocco
Welcome to Meta Drive. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our car rental services in Morocco.
By booking or renting a vehicle with Meta Drive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed
to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking and Payment
- No deposit or credit card is required at the time of booking.
- Payment is made at vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- All prices are confirmed at booking with no hidden fees.
- Optional extras are clearly communicated before confirmation.
2. Driver Requirements
- Minimum driver age is 21 years.
- A valid driving license held for at least two years is required.
- A passport or valid identification must be presented.
- The booking name must match the primary driver.
3. Vehicle Delivery and Return
- Free delivery is available at Agadir Airport and selected locations.
- The vehicle is delivered at the agreed time and place.
- The vehicle must be returned at the scheduled time.
- Late returns without notice may result in extra charges.
4. Insurance and Coverage
- All rentals include insurance coverage.
- Insurance does not cover reckless or negligent driving.
- Driving under the influence voids insurance coverage.
- Unauthorized drivers are not insured.
5. Use of the Vehicle
- The vehicle must be used in accordance with Moroccan law.
- Off-road driving and racing are prohibited.
- Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted.
- Driving outside Morocco requires written authorization.
6. Fuel Policy
- The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level.
- The same fuel level must be returned.
- Missing fuel will be charged at local rates.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Late cancellations may incur a charge.
- No-shows may be charged depending on circumstances.
8. Liability and Responsibilities
- Meta Drive is not responsible for personal belongings.
- Breakdowns or accidents must be reported immediately.
- Failure to report incidents may affect insurance coverage.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is collected solely for booking management and customer service purposes
in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
